Stalker?

Earlier today I was talking to a friend of mine and I told him that if he guessed my birth-city within three guesses I would give him $30. My two hints to him was that it was a major city, and that it was on the western half of the u.s. He thought about it for a minute then he guessed that I was born in Oakland, Cal. Guess what? I was. I exclaimed that he was stalker and it was creepy that he got it on the first guess. Needless to say I didn't give him thirty bucks.
